All prescriptions are issued solely at the clinical discretion of our registered pharmacist prescriber or supervising prescriber. No prescription is guaranteed following the submission of a consultation form.

Prescriptions issued through our service are valid only for the medications, doses, and quantities specified. We do not accept or fulfil prescriptions issued by third parties.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. All transactions are processed in pounds sterling (GBP).
Your payment will be taken at the point of order submission. If your consultation is declined following clinical review, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
We do not store full payment card details on our systems.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day via a tracked delivery service.
Delivery is available to UK addresses only. You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address is accurate. We cannot accept liability for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been clinically reviewed and approved. To cancel, please contact us immediately via our website or email.
Once a prescription has been issued and your order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medications under UK law, except where the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
